  • Multiobjective and Multidisciplinary optimization under uncertainity

Kibria is a PhD student in the H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering. His major is Operations Research. He earned his BS and MS degrees in Industrial and Production Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 2015 and 2018, respectively. In his MS thesis, Kibria developed an efficient probabilistic approach for uncertainty propagation in multidisciplinary system analysis under aleatory and epistemic uncertainty. He adopted a decoupled approach to un-nest the multidisciplinary system analysis from the probabilistic analysis to achieve better computational efficiency. Besides pursuing MS degree, he also worked as a junior lecturer at BUET.
