Leadership

Dr. Álvaro Romero-Calvo is an Assistant Professor at Georgia Tech’s School of Aerospace Engineering. His work aims to expand the traditional boundaries of the field of low-gravity fluid mechanics by developing novel electromagnetic and acoustic multiphase flow control mechanisms. He has flown several payloads at ZARM’s drop tower and Blue Origin’s New Shepard, leading the design of next-generation spacecraft fluid management technologies for microgravity and lunar environments.
