Hi! My name is Anais El Akkad. I’m a first-year physics major currently taking ENGL 1102 with Dr. Rose. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, baking, and playing piano. I’m involved in Marching Band, Pep Band, and Engineers Without Borders.

Over the course of this semester, I intend to focus on improving my communication in all of its modes, particularly focusing on verbal speech. I’m intrigued by and excited to learn more about multimodality as it relates to feminism and fashion.
