Congratulations to Dr. Mitchell who was recently recognized as this year’s Junior Faculty Outstanding Undergraduate Researcher Mentor by the department of Biomedical Engineering!
All lab members will agree that this award is well earned. Dr. Mitchell has been an incredible mentor to us all, and her thoughtful guidance and desire to help students achieve their research aspirations are unmatched. This award is truly a testament to her continued effort to provide undergraduates with research opportunities and responsibilities that many investigators would reserve solely for graduate students. This award proves just how fortunate we all are to be a part of the Laboratory for Pathology Dynamics. And we are so happy that Dr. Mitchell’s excellence as a mentor has been recognized with this prestigious award. Congratulations to Dr. Mitchell!!
