Funding: Establish a fund allocation system to distribute existing findings as well as initiate a CDI endowment by attracting additional sources of funding (a pool of scholarship funds):
- Initiate CEE CDI scholarships for UG and MS students: Internally raise 5K and try to have the alums match that, build up towards an endowment. [In collaboration with Ashley Coogan]
- Establish a more competitive min UG internal wage.
- Establish a process of matching UG to potential research projects.
- Encourage faculty to donate their speaking fees towards the D&I endowment.
