Biography

Wei-Han Chen is a PhD Student in Aerospace Engineering at Georgia Tech. He received his B.S. degree and M.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering from National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) in Taiwan. His research topics were mainly on experimental flapping-wing aerodynamics using particle image velocimetry (PIV). After receiving his M.S. degree, he worked as a full-time research assistant at the Aerospace Science and Technology Research Center in NCKU working on low-speed wind tunnel testing of aircraft dynamic aerodynamic characteristics. His current research at Georgia Tech focuses on experimental rotorcraft aerodynamics under unsteady wake flows.
