- Responsible for restructuring and maintaining the information management procedures. Used Excel skills to organize sheets of information so that it is readable, and information is easily accessible.
- Migrated management system to Microsoft Teams and managed a staff of 10 instructors for trainings.

Excel Organization:
The original organization system was just an unformatted excel sheet. There were several numbers that were needed from the trackers for final reports.
- The Instructors Tracker records the number of trainings they have instructed in the given time period. They have a requirement to host 4 trainings. I made a formula that automatically counts the number of training based on the number of times their name is entered in the Training Tracker. A color scale was added for easy indication of who has met the training quota.
- The Training Tracker holds the specific details of each training. There are formulas that handle totaling the numbers and connecting the information between sheets.
- The Total Number Tracker holds the total numbers and takes the information from the training tracker sheets.
