- Explored methods of inclusion in Smart City projects that utilize smart technology and ways they have been exclusive to the population. Researched a smart corridor project and a walking school bus project. Studied how the projects were inclusive and exclusive to the audiences and create solutions that would make the project inclusive to people with disabilities and older people.
- Collaborated as a member of a two-person team who produced a document that smart project teams can refer to for methods on how to be more inclusive, best inclusive practices, and the reason inclusion is so important.
