Electro-antibacterial therapy (EAT) uses pulsed electric fields to treat cancer-associated microbes that infect cancer cells making them more malignant. By combining electroporation and antibiotics, cancer-driving intracellular bacteria can be cleared more effectively than with treatment of antibiotics alone.
