07/27/2020: Sarah is defending her PhD dissertation proposal today.

07/21/2020: Sarah’s work on in situ atomic-scale analysis of polarization switching in antiferroelectric memory material, zirconia published in VLSI 2020 was featured on Research Highlights in Nature Electronics.

04/28/2020: Zheng is defending his PhD dissertation proposal today.

01/18/2019: Nature Electronics ran a highlight on our ferroelectric spiking neuron work published at IEDM 2018 (link, pdf).

11/12/2018: Zheng’s paper on Ferroelectric Spiking Neurons has been accepted at IEDM 2018 (paper 13.3). The ferroelectric neuron/oscillator concept was first proposed by our group in 2017 (IEEE Electron Dev. Lett.). Our IEDM 2018 paper will present the first experimental demonstration of this concept. Thanks to our collaborators at Georgia Tech (Raychowdhury group), Notre Dame (Datta group) and Berkeley (Martin group) and Zoran Krivokapic.
