Yashar received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Shiraz University, Iran in 2012 and 2015, respectively. He is currently a PhD student in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology. His PhD work is on mathematical modeling of optical computing architectures. He has been devoting his time to machine learning and its relation to nonlinear dynamical systems. In particular, he works on experimental implementation of recurrent neural networks.
Yashar’s research interests are Inverse Design, Dynamical Systems, Deep Learning, Optical Computing, and Mathematical Modeling.
