Farshid Ghasemi

Farshid Ghasemi

Farshid Ghasemi received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (Microwave and Optical Communications) from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, in 2007 and 2008. He joined Photonics Research Group at Georgia Institute of Technology under the supervision of Prof. Ali Adibi in July 2009. In 2001, he won the bronze medal in the National Mathematics Olympiad of Iran. In 2003, he was the recipient of the silver medal in the International Physics Olympiad (IPhO) in Taipei, Taiwan.
