Mohammadreza received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. from Shiraz University in 2014 and 2017, respectively. During his M.Sc. study, he was working on designing robust loss functions for the Boosting algorithm and received first-class honor from the school of electrical and computer engineering. He joined the Photonics Research Group at Georgia Tech as a PhD student in 2018. Currently, he is working on developing unsupervised learning models for knowledge discovery in nanophotonics.
His research interests are Machine Learning, Convex Optimization, Inverse Design, and Unsupervised Learning.
