PACE offers several high-performance computing clusters for Georgia Tech’s faculty, students, and staff. The participation rules are specific to a cluster:
– Phoenix: our largest computational resource. All GT/GTRI faculty (academic and research) can apply for a free-tier account, with paid options available for additional resources. GT faculty can add students, staff, and other collaborators to their accounts.
– Hive: this cluster is available to the recipients of the NSF MRI award 1828187, and their collaborators.
– Firebird: this cluster can be used for research that involves Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), including ITAR and other forms of protected data.
– ICE (Instructional Cluster Environment): this is an educational resource that can be used by GT faculty that are teaching courses related to high-performance computing.
