Open Positions

Graduate Students

We are interested in working with curious and motivated students to develop knowledge of thermal- and electro-catalytic mechanisms and design principles for materials with improved performance. Well-prepared students will have undergraduate training in Chemical Engineering, other engineering disciplines, or Chemistry and prior experimental experience (although not necessarily in catalysis or surface science). We have funded projects for graduate students joining in Fall 2025.  Students must already be admitted to the Georgia Tech Chemical Engineering PhD program. If you are interested, please contact dflaherty3 at gatech dot edu

Post-Doctoral Researchers

We may have positions for postdocs in the near future. Interested candidates should contact Prof. Dave Flaherty at dflaherty3 at gatech dot edu about possible projects that would begin in Fall 2025. Candidates should include a cover letter, complete CV, and contact information for three references.
