About the CRA Exam
Earning the designation of Certified Research Administrator (CRA®) signifies that an individual has met the requirements of the Research Administrators Certification Council’s (RACC) eligibility requirements and has demonstrated a level of knowledge necessary for a person to be a professional research administrator.

Candidate Handbook
The Handbook contains necessary information and instructions about the Certified Research Administrator examination. All candidates are responsible for reading the handbook carefully.
Body of Knowledge Review Sessions
The purpose of the Body of Knowledge Review Sessions is to familiarize you with the outline of information upon which the certifications offered by the Research Administrators Certification Council (RACC) are based. It is designed to assist you to identify areas of strengths and weakness so that you can learn where to focus your studies as you prepare for the exam.
The registration fee (as of 3/4/24) for each review session will be $299 USD per person. There are typically virtual and live versions available.
