Financial support
Is any financial support being offered?
A: We anticipate having a limited amount of funds that can be allocated for financial/travel support of the workshop participants who need it. Please fill out the form below if you would like to be considered. Priority will be given to early-career researchers and/or those traveling with children/dependents, but all requests will be considered.

Virtual attendance
Can I attend virtually?
A: If you are unable to join in person but would still like to tune in for the talks, we plan on providing a free broadcast of the workshop. Please note that, beyond streaming, we will not be able to offer the full functionality of a hybrid meeting. Please complete the registration form below and provide an email address, where we can send the broadcast information.

What is the cost of virtual attendance?
A: Virtual attendance will be free of charge, but virtual attendees will still be required to register online.
The timezone I am located in is not compatible with the US Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone, will you record the talks?
A: The talks will not be recorded and posted online, but we anticipate posting presentation slides for speakers who consent to it.
Visa information
Who will organise and pay for my visa?
A: It is the responsibility of the attendees to apply for the appropriate visa and pay the associated costs. We are not involved in the visa-granting process.
Do I need a letter of invitation?
A: If your visa application requires a letter of invitation from the event organiser, please contact gwpaw2025@gatech.edu .

A: Refunds (minus 2% processing fee) will be available up until November 1. You can contact gwpaw2025@gatech.edu to request it.
