The program fee is $4,500 for 7 weeks. The program fee includes

• housing in India
• half of all meals
• ground transportation and domestic flights in India
• guided tours, cultural activities, and entrance fees
• course materials
• insurance

The program fee does not include tuition, airfare to India, housing in Atlanta (during the first week), and half of all meals. You should also budget for discretionary spending during the program.

The payment schedule is as follows:

• $500 non-refundable deposit due with the application on January 15
• Half of the remaining program fee due on February 1
• Remaining program fee due on March 1

The deposit is non-refundable. Half of the remaining program fee is refundable if requests are made before March 1; there are no refunds after March 1 (unless you find someone else to take your spot).
