Year 1 – Prospective applicants are advised to take one of two foundational courses: (i) Foundations of Quantitative Biosciences, offered in Fall terms; (ii) Machine Learning in the Biosciences, offered in Spring terms.  Applications to the program will be accepted in late Spring to early Summer of each year, with decisions to be made in time for a Fall term appointment.

Years 2-3 – Trainees receive a stipend, tuition waiver, and their fees are paid for by the training program.  Additional funds are available to support trainee travel to conferences and for professional development. Years 4-5 – Trainees continue to participate in InQuBATE activities, both as participants in programs and as peer-to-peer leaders.
