BIO:
Alex began his higher education at Georgia State University studying Physics prior to transferring to Georgia Institute of Technology. In 2022, Alex graduated from Georgia Tech with a B.S. in Nuclear and Radiological Engineering while performing work on Fast Neutron Radiography using a PP/ZnS: Cu Scintillation Screen and a CCD Camera. Outside of the lab you can find him at a Native American Powwow or spending time crafting.
RESEARCH:
Alex joined LANNS in Fall 2022 where he currently does research on developing a Dual-Particle Imaging System for Non-Destructive Active Interrogation of shipping containers using gamma-rays, thermal neutrons, and fast neutrons.
