BIO:
Derek is a second-year undergraduate Nuclear and Radiological Engineering major. He is also a member of Georgia Tech ANS and the MILL, the Materials Science Engineering invention studio. Outside of school, Derek enjoys running and sports like football, basketball, and ice hockey. He plans on pursuing higher education in a nuclear related field.
RESEARCH:
Derek is assisting in LANNS’s CNT and transuranic research.
