BIO:
Mackenzie started her higher education at Napa Valley College before transferring to California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo. In 2019, she graduated with a B.S. in Physics while completing research on experimental quantum pilot-wave theory through the Frost Scholarship Program. Outside of the lab, Mackenzie enjoys beekeeping and surfing.
RESEARCH:
Mackenzie joined LANNS in Fall 2020 where she currently does research on developing a detector array for nondestructive active interrogation of cargo containers using non-traditional detection elements.
