Dr. Keaton A. Fletcher
Dr. Fletcher received his B.S. in Neuroscience and B.A. in Psychology from Washington and Lee University. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida. He works to integrate basic research with direct application to ensure empirically-supported best practices reach people that need them. He particularly enjoys engaging in research and application within the domain of healthcare.

Claire Burnett
Claire received her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Georgia. She is a second-year Ph.D. student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Georgia Tech. Her research interests are in leadership behaviors and follower health outcomes, with a particular emphasis on follower sleep outcomes.
Cooper Drose
Cooper received his B.S. in Psychology from the University of Georgia. He is a first year PhD student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Georgia Tech. His research interests include leadership behaviors, team dynamics, and personality at work.
Spencer Garcia
Spencer received his B.S. in Psychology from Brigham Young University-Idaho. He is a first-year PhD student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Georgia Tech. His research interests include leader-team dynamics, emotions and personality at work, and occupational health psychology (particularly stress-related issues). He hopes to pursue a career in academia. Spencer and his wife, Kelsey, have been together since they met in their undergraduate program.
