Leaders and Follower Health Behavior: We are currently exploring the differential ways in which a leader’s behavior towards their team influences the health behaviors, and ultimately health outcomes, of team members.

Antecedents of Leader Emergence: We are currently exploring individual differences and phyisological predictors of leader emergence within work teams.
