A Message From The Vice Provost
“Welcome to the Office of Undergraduate Education and Student Success (OUESS) at Georgia Tech. Whether you’re a current student, a prospective Yellow Jacket, a parent or family member, or a member of our campus community, I’m glad you’re here.
At Georgia Tech, undergraduate education is about more than earning a degree — it’s about discovery, growth, and impact. The programs and services within OUESS are dedicated to enriching every student’s educational journey and empowering them to succeed as leaders in progress and service. Our work connects the classroom with real-world learning, helping students make meaningful connections among work, study, and community.
Through our six major units — Academic Success and Advising, the Office of Experiential and Engaged Learning, the Office of Student Achievement, the Career Center, the John H. Martinson Honors Program, and Undergraduate Curriculum — we collaborate across the Institute to create a consistent, supportive, and transformative undergraduate experience. From academic advising and tutoring to undergraduate research, internships, global learning, and career development, we provide the resources and opportunities that help students thrive both at Georgia Tech and beyond.
We also partner closely with faculty, advisors, and staff across campus to advance innovative teaching and deepen engagement in high-impact learning practices. Together, we are shaping an environment where all students can reach their full potential — one that values curiosity, community, and the drive to make a difference.
I invite you to explore our site, learn more about our units and their programs, and discover the many ways we support undergraduate success at Georgia Tech. We are proud to help every student define their own path, distinguish themselves, and contribute to a better world.”
