Pre-Graduate Advising provides guidance and assistance to Georgia Tech undergraduates and alumni considering applying to graduate school. We also support master’s students considering doctoral degrees.
Pre-Graduate Advising is part of Specialized Advising within Academic Success and Advising located in Clough 207.

Meet with an advisor!
Format: virtual (Mon-Fri) as well as in-person (Tu, Wed, Fri)
Length: 30 or 60 minutes depending on your appointment reason
Note: Pre-Graduate advisors are not academic advisors and cannot assist with schedules, permits, etc.
Graduate students and alumni can schedule appointments by emailing Dr. Susan Belmonte at sbelmonte@gatech.edu.
Undergraduates make appointments through Georgia Tech’s new advising and student success system as of June 2025 called Navigate360. Download the Navigate360 student app or access the webpage here.
Undergraduates can make appointments with any academic advisor using Navigate360.
Choose “Non-Major Specific Advising” to get to pre-graduate advising.
Virtual Drop-in Hours
Weekly virtual drop-ins are only for 10-15 minutes and are in a public virtual space. No appointment needed. There are no in-person drop-ins and no drop-ins during Institute holidays.
