We invite applications for an electronic music artist residency at Georgia Tech.

We seek Atlanta Metropolitan Area based artists focused on electronic and electro-acoustic music to take part in a two-week artist residency which will result in a hands-on STEAM workshop and a performance at Georgia Tech in Spring 2023. We aim to select 4 artists who will each do a two-week artist residency, with one residency in January, one in February, one in March, and one in April 2023.

  2. Hold a performance involving electronic music in a format of their choice
  3. Give two interviews, each interview one hour long, with the organizers discussing the artist’s creative and pedagogical approaches
  4. In late spring, speak on an artist panel

Each artist-in-residence will receive these forms of support:

  • $2000 honorarium payment
  • Access to shared studio space on campus (TBD)
