Workshops
In addition to our research on the use and impact of role play in CS classes, we are hosting workshops for instructors and teaching assistants interested in incorporating ethics content into their courses and assignments. Each workshop consists of two one-hour sessions, the first of which highlights the importance of embedding ethics in CS courses and offers notable examples of how instructors around the country are accomplishing this. During the second session, participants explore how they might creatively and meaningfully infuse ethics content into their own classrooms by workshopping their own ideas in small groups.
