A posted picture from r/antiwork. I found it funny and sarcastic. It reminds me of the “rich-get-richer” effect, which was mathematically explained by each individual’s preferential attachment. I learned it from the Network Science class, offered by Prof. Constantine Dovrolis.
I received formal social science training in interviewing people in my entrepreneurship minor and the online community class offered by Prof. Amy Bruckman. I am very enthusiastic about it! The key is to respect your interviewee and assume nothing in advance. I think everyone should learn more about doing interviews! If the heart of the debate is to persuade and win, the heart of the interview is to ask and understand.
