The Blazeck Lab is always excited to add inspired and dedicated researchers to our team. Currently, the Blazeck lab is looking to hire postdoctoral researchers and recruit new PhD students.

If you are interested in pursuing your PhD in the Blazeck lab, please first apply (and receive admission to) the Georgia Tech School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, the Georgia Tech Bioengineering program, or the Georgia Tech Bioinformatics program. Then reach out directly to Dr. Blazeck at john.blazeck at chbe.gatech.edu. Current 1st year graduate students are also welcome to attend our weekly group meetings, held Tuesday mornings at 9:30AM in MoSE 1224 (for 8/27/24) and at 9AM in EBB 3027 (for 9/3/24 and 9/10/24), as well as our weekly informal lab lunches on Fridays at 1PM on the 4th floor of MoSE (starting 8/23/24 and going through the Fall). It is bring your own lunch, and you can find us past the water fountains and through the double doors on the 4th floor.
