Dima Nazzal is an Academic Faculty at the rank of Principal Academic Professional in the H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Georgia Tech. She currently serves as the Chair of the Georgia Tech Faculty Executive Board and on the Georgia Tech Athletic Association Board of Trustees.
Dr. Nazzal received her Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech in 2006, her M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida in 2001, and her B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan in 1998. She is responsible for the capstone senior design course, and the cornerstone junior design course. She is also director of Education and Projects for the Center for Health and Humanitarian Systems. Prior to rejoining Georgia Tech in 2018, she was Director of Research and Development at Fortna, Inc., an Engineering Design and Consulting company. Prior to that she was Executive Director of Academic Administration and Student Experience for ISyE, GT.
