Hossein received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in electrical and computer engineering from the Sharif University of Technology and the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2018 and 2019, respectively. He joined the Photonics Research Group at Georgia Tech as a PhD student in 2019. Hossein was a member of national foundation of elites (Iran) from 2014 to 2018.
Hossein’s research interests are Machine Learning, Signal Processing, and Convex Optimization. He works on applications of machine learning techniques in design of nanostructures.
