Sajjad joined PRG as a PhD student in September 2017. He works on design, simulation, fabrication, and characterization of optical metamaterials and metasurfaces with the ultimate goal of realizing ultra-thin, miniaturized, CMOS compatible, and highly-efficient reconfigurable meta-devices. Sajjad completed his undergraduate degree at Isfahan University of Technology and received his MSc from Sharif University of Technology. His previous research investigated plasmonic and dielectric optical metasurfaces with an emphasis in developing wave-based optical analog computing systems.
