Kai Tan is a PhD student in Mechanical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Prior to this, he received M.S. degree from Tsinghua University in Nuclear Science and Technology. His research focus is on energy system, manufacturing systems, and deep reinforcement learning.
