Chad is a first year PhD student in the Nuclear and Radiological Engineering (NRE) Program at Georgia Tech. He received his undergraduate dual major in 2019 from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Nuclear and Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Chemistry. He commissioned in October of 2019 as a Naval Officer and spent six years in the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program, specifically on the USS George Washington (CVN 73). Chad joined the iFAN Lab in Fall of 2025 and is currently working with the cybersecurity and risk assessment team.
