This advanced-level course is offered primarily to college students who have learned Chinese for three to four years, as well as heritage learners at the similar level. It utilizes Chinese films as authentic texts not only to enhance students’ Chinese language skills but also to broaden their knowledge in Chinese culture, philosophy, history, and society.
