This blog is written by GT students for GT students. Our bloggers aim to inspire and educate, to help bridge the gap between dreaming of a study or work abroad experience and making your vision a reality. They also share their stories to show you there is no such thing as the “perfect” study abroad student. No matter your academic or financial background, your personality, your previous travel experience, your career goals, etc… there is a path for you to have an academic and/or professional experience abroad.
The Georgia Tech Education Abroad Office coordinates over 130 programs all over the world, enabling students gain academic credit abroad during the Summer, Spring, or Fall semesters, or any combination up to a full academic year. We also have a Global Internship team dedicated to helping students identify and acquire international internships, ultimately preparing them to join an intercultural, global workforce.
