Hi! I am Xin Gu, Ph.D. in Economics from Georgia Institute of Technology. I am currently Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics, IBSS, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University.

As an applied microeconomist, I am interested in labor economics, education economics, applied econometrics, and experimental economics. I am currently working on peer effects, online education, and human capital measurement. I can teach labor economics, econometrics, principles in micro and macro, industrial organization, Stata/R programming, and introductory machine learning.
