  • Protein structure & function, systems biology, and drug discovery

My work focuses on applying ML/AI methods to complex scientific and biological problems, integrating high-throughput data analysis with interpretable computational models at the intersection of healthcare, cognition, and biological systems.

As part of Prof. Jeff Skolnick’s research group at Georgia Tech, I will be contributing to projects in computational biology and bioinformatics, where ML/AI is applied to understand biological systems, model protein structure and function, and support translational insights into medical applications.
