Our main project this semester is our podcast: History is just around the Corner!
Each student took part in different aspects of the project, such as research, interviews, scriptwriting, audio production, voicing the podcast, and developing the website.
This podcast dives into the history of the English Avenue neighborhood using insights from longtime residents, and looks at the impact of civil unrest on the English Avenue School which was bombed in 1960, as well as prospects for the future of the school, community, and area.
