You are receiving this survey because you are a member of a Vertically Integrated Project (VIP) team. The survey will be used to gather feedback about the VIP course and better understand the experiences of students participating in VIP teams. We expect the survey to take you approximately 30 minutes.
In addition, University of Michigan faculty members Dr. Daly and Dr. Lattuca are conducting research using this survey independent of the faculty who are responsible for the VIP project teams. Survey data will be de-identified for data analysis and your personal or identifying information will not be made available to VIP faculty. We may publish the results of this study, but will not include any information that would identify you. While you are asked to complete this survey as a member of the VIP team,allowing us to use your responses for research is completely voluntary. You may choose not to answer any questions. Even if you decide to participate now, you may change your mind and ask us to remove you from our research study at any time.
