ATL@GT Meeting in Montreal

Members of the Air Transportation Lab at Georgia Tech (ATL@GT) convened in Montreal for the Summer 2025 meeting, held June 10–11. The sessions featured updates on ongoing research in airline revenue management.

Highlights included discussions on modeling fare class choice behavior, improving forecast sensitivity, and refining network analysis approaches. MS student Maitreyee Talnikar presented new work using machine learning techniques to predict revenue-maximizing fare adjustment levels, demonstrating the potential of data-driven approaches to enhance RM models.

Beyond technical sessions, members participated in a networking dinner cruise aboard the Bateau-Mouche and a tour of Airbus’s Mirabel facility, where the group learned about A220 fuselage production and ongoing innovation in aircraft manufacturing.
