Dr. Laurie Garrow had a special surprise waiting for her when she visited Alaska Airlines earlier this week. Daniel Fry had arranged a behind-the-scenes tour of Alaska’s operations which included an opportunity to sit in a tug and see it pushback this aircraft bound from Seattle to Los Angeles from the gate! “While I’ve had the opportunity to take airport tours before, this was by far the most exciting and closest I have come to participating in the day-to-day operations of an airline. I’m very grateful to Daniel and the team at Alaska Airlines who made this such a memorable visit for me!”
