Meet the Team
Executive Board
The RHA Executive Board is responsible for leading the organization in its goal of building community and enhancing the lives of residents. Their responsibilities include advocating for residents to the Department of Housing and Residence Life and other organizations, working with Community Councils to plan events in and around residence halls, planning for the future of the organization, and facilitating the day-to-day operations of RHA.
Ethan Morlu

Bio: Ethan Morlu is a third year Mechanical Engineering major from Woodbridge, Virginia. He began his RHA involvement as finance coordinator of the Nelson Shell Community Council and as Auditor for RHA (Fall 2023, Spring 2024). This year, he is excited to reach more residents through the Residence Hall Association and help build lasting communities within dorms and across campus. Outside of RHA, Ethan is the treasurer of the Wrestling Club @ GT, enjoys playing video games, and reading.

Nathan Morlu

Bio: Nathan Morlu is a third year Mechanical Engineering major from Woodbridge, Virginia. He began his RHA involvement as Meetings Coordinator of the Nelson Shell Community Council in fall of 2023 and enjoyed building community with his fellow residents and within RHA. This year, he is excited to continue building community in RHA by supporting Hall Councils and working to promote leadership in residence halls. Outside of RHA, Nathan is the president of the Wrestling Club @ GT, enjoys playing video games, and playing his violin.

Diana Kim

Bio: Diana Kim is a second year Neuroscience major from Suwanee, Georgia. She has been a part of various GT communities including Asian American Student Association and Vietanmese Student Association. This year, she is excited to build a diverse and welcoming community for the residents through creating and managing accessible resources for RHA. Outside of RHA, Diana volunteers at the Emory Midtown Hospital and enjoys listening to music and watching Netflix.

Lynn Kim

Bio: Lynn Kim is a third year Neuroscience major with a minor in Health and Medical Science from Suwanee, Georgia. She first got involved with RHA in her second year in Area Council. Outside of RHA, she’s involved in neuromechanics research and clinical volunteering/shadowing. Her hobbies include listening to music, watching Netflix, and baking.

Sterling Payton

Bio: Sterling Payton is a second-year mechanical engineering major from Cedartown, GA. He joined RHA as the Financial Coordinator of the Third Street Community Council (Fall 2023 and Spring 2024). This year, he is excited to work with the RHA to bring events and experiences to campus! Outside of RHA, he enjoys reading, the outdoors, and playing in the Georgia Tech Marching Band.

Jackie Sullivan

Bio: Jackie Sullivan is a second year Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering major for Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. She began her RHA involvement as a Meetings Coordinator for the West Village Community Council her freshman year. This year, she is excited to plan exiting events for residents that help to build community and promote wellness. Outside of RHA, Jackie works part time in the Marcus Inorganic Cleanroom, is a sister of Alpha Gamma Delta, and enjoys dancing and baking.

Larry T. Brown

Bio: Larry T. Brown is the Coordinator for Leadership and Advising in the area of Staff and Community Development and a great part of his responsibilities is to be the Advisor of the Residence Hall Association and the National Residence Hall Honorary. He is a graduate of Georgia Southwestern State University in Americus, GA with a BS in Chemistry and an MBA in Management. He enjoys traveling, teaching group fitness classes, entertaining friends via social events and spending time with friends and family. As Advisor, he has a passion for assisting students in tapping into their leadership potential, develop their transferable skills and making a difference in the community they serve. Larry T. also works consistently with the Advisors of the Community Councils keeping them informed on organizational matters, providing developmental opportunities, and setting expectations throughout the year. Larry T. can be found in the Staff & Community Development suite in the North Avenue Apartments West Building.
